This page collects membership enquiries for Anytime Fitness Liverpool (Allerton Road), 182 Allerton Road, Liverpool, L18 5HU. For questions about your enquiry or your information, contact liverpool.manager@anytimefitness.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you continue to prices, we collect your name and mobile number, the time of your enquiry, a submission reference, available campaign and advert identifiers, referral source, page variant, broad device type and a record of the notice shown to you. We use these to respond to your membership enquiry and help you take the steps you request before joining. You are asking for contact about this enquiry; this form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is saved in the website’s database and in a Google Sheet used to handle enquiries for the club. The club team may use it to contact you. The enquiry sheet can be viewed by anyone who has its sharing link; the team should keep that link within the people handling enquiries. This website does not publish that link. The website uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and database storage, and Google Sheets and Apps Script for the lead log. These providers process information to provide their services and may process it outside the UK.

Keeping your information

The site keeps an operational backup of delivered enquiries for 90 days; older delivered backup records are removed when the next enquiry is submitted. A submission awaiting delivery is retained until it can be resolved. The Google Sheet is handled separately by the administrator and records should be kept only as needed to deal with the enquiry. Contact the club if you want your enquiry records reviewed or deleted. If you join, your membership records are handled under the club’s membership privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask for access to or correction of your information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, or ask us to stop contacting you about the enquiry. Contact the club using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Prices and payment

After your enquiry is sent, the next page is the Liverpool ClubWise membership service. It handles membership selection and payment under its own terms. This page does not collect payment details or complete a membership purchase. The club’s Anytime Fitness privacy notice provides further information about membership services.

Website services

Facebook advertising tracking is currently disabled. Campaign information supplied in the page link can still be saved with your enquiry. Fonts are supplied by Google Fonts. Hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as your IP address to operate and protect their services.
